Deskfinch End User Licence Agreement

Scope
This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) covers software supplied by Premex AB, company registration 559253-4134, as part of Deskfinch, including the hosted interface, embeddable widgets, form components and any client libraries we provide.
It supplements the Deskfinch Terms & Conditions. The terms govern your service account; this EULA explains permission to use supplied software. Premex AB is based at Jerikovägen 12, 141 32 Huddinge, Sweden.
Your licence
While you are authorised to use Deskfinch, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to access its hosted interface and use the software we provide for its intended support functions.
You may embed supplied widgets and forms on websites and products you operate or are authorised to manage, and use documented APIs and client libraries to connect them. There is no per-device installation limit under this EULA.
Deskfinch is currently free to use. This EULA does not create a paid subscription. Any future paid offer requires separate acceptance as described in the terms.
Custom backends and integrations
You may develop, run and maintain your own backend or adapter using the documented Support SPI. You retain your rights in your independently developed code, integrations and support data.
Using Deskfinch does not transfer ownership of your backend or original conversations to us. Your backend remains subject to its own operating arrangements, access controls and retention settings.
Licence boundaries
Use supplied software only with the permissions and credentials you are authorised to use. Do not bypass access controls, distribute malicious alterations, remove required ownership notices or present Deskfinch's branding as your own.
Except where separately licensed or permitted by law, this licence does not allow you to redistribute our proprietary software as a competing standalone product or to use our trademarks to imply endorsement. These restrictions do not prohibit documented embedding, custom SPI development, lawful interoperability or activities expressly permitted by an applicable open-source licence.
Third-party and open-source components retain their own licence terms. Those terms take priority for the components they cover.
Updates and dependencies
We may update the hosted software and supplied widgets as part of operating Deskfinch. Integrations depend on the documented interface and the availability of connected services. You are responsible for testing and maintaining your custom backend and for applying any changes needed by your own code.
Sign-in and connected providers are subject to their own terms. This licence does not grant rights to a third party's software or service beyond those the third party provides.
Ending use
You can end use by removing the embedded components, disconnecting integrations and requesting account closure through our support form. Your licence to supplied proprietary software ends when your service access ends under the terms.
Ending this licence does not remove your rights in your own code or data, or rights under a separate open-source licence. Account information and recovery copies are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and governing terms
The availability, responsibility, liability and dispute provisions in the Terms & Conditions also apply here. Nothing in this EULA removes mandatory consumer, data protection or other statutory rights.
A separately signed agreement takes priority where it addresses the same issue. An applicable data processing agreement governs the processing it covers. This EULA supplements, and does not silently replace, the Terms & Conditions.
