Deskfinch is operated by Premex AB, company registration 559253-4134, Jerikovägen 12, 141 32 Huddinge, Sweden.

We aim to keep our product information and documentation accurate. Examples explain intended workflows; the behaviour available to your account depends on the current service, your configuration and the connected backend. Please contact us if information appears incorrect or unclear.

The website is not legal, security or regulatory advice for your organisation. Evaluate whether your intended setup meets your own requirements, including data location, retention and any required processing agreement.

Interactive demos

The chat and contact-form demos use illustrative conversations and local preview interactions. Example customers, responses and outcomes are demonstrations, not testimonials or evidence of actual customer results.

Submitting the demo form does not contact our team or create a real support request. Demo input stays in the current page's memory. Anonymous event categories can be counted as described in the Privacy Policy; demo message and form contents are not included in those events.

To reach our team, use the separate Deskfinch contact form or the support chat. Those are live support channels.

Documentation and integrations

Code snippets and sample configurations are starting points. Review and test them for your own environment, protect secrets and configure the permissions your integration actually needs.

Slack, GitHub, Google and other third-party names identify integrations or services. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. A reference or link does not mean that they endorse Deskfinch. External services and documentation can change independently of us.

Availability and responsibility

Deskfinch is not an emergency communication service. Website examples do not create an uptime guarantee, response-time commitment or service-level agreement.

This disclaimer does not replace the Terms & Conditions, a separately signed agreement or our obligations under applicable law. It does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
